  1. Reminds me of my machine design classes …. Oh some decades ago that was !!!

    1. Haha! Yea, the image reminded me of my designing as well as workshop-projects day as well!

  2. Great word, Heena. 🙂

    1. Thanks a lot, D.
      Happy New Year!

  3. Not just metal, it is desirable that one’s mettle is also regularly lathed for peak performance. Btw, Heena, how many books did you read in 2015?

    1. Beautifully said, Raj!
I replied to your earlier comment also, I guess you didn’t get the notification. Here’s the same reply again:
I read 100 books in 2015 (would have read more, but I spent 4 months writing my full-length novel. So, managed only a 100.) I’m planning to read 100 again in 2016 as I’ll be working on my second novel (but I think 100 is fair enough for a writer writing an 80K words book. Isn’t it!?) 😀

      1. Kudos, that’s great output….

  4. I remember watching my grandfather use a lathe when I was a child. It always fascinated me to go into his workshop. He built machines, repaired machines – all self- taught. His work was always in great demand.

    1. Wow! I’m sure he must be really good 🙂
Hope you’re having a great day!
